Imazho for photographers

An archive that doesn't touch your originals.

Imazho stores photographic work as an encrypted archive that returns exactly what you put in. Originals are sealed on your machine before upload, kept byte-for-byte, and exported in full quality for free — so the archive is never the reason a file lost quality or became unreachable.

Sound familiar?

Consumer photo clouds are built for phone pictures. They re-encode, they strip metadata you needed, they quietly cap resolution on the cheaper tier, and getting everything back out is a weekend of throttled downloads.

Client work adds a second problem: those frames are not yours to hand over. A contract that says images stay confidential is hard to square with a storage provider that reserves the right to scan them.

What Imazho does about it.

  • Byte-for-byte, verified

Every import is checksummed after upload. A RAW comes back as the same RAW — same bytes, same embedded metadata — not a re-encoded approximation of it.

  • Export is free and unthrottled

Full-quality export of the whole archive, at any time, at no charge. Leaving is a supported operation rather than a retention tactic, which is the only thing that makes long-term storage a real commitment.

  • Confidential by construction

Client work is encrypted with keys held on your hardware. There is no scanning pipeline and no employee view, so confidentiality does not depend on a policy that a future owner of the company could rewrite.

  • Search without an index of your work

Plain-language search is opt-in per library. Turn it on for personal archives, leave it off for client material — and purge every AI-derived artefact from settings whenever you want.

Which plan

Start on Archive.

2 TB with an independent recovery copy and priority migration for large libraries. Built for collections measured in years and terabytes rather than a single phone.

Every plan starts with 30 days free and no card, and you can change plan whenever you like — changes are prorated.

Fair questions.

Do you re-compress or resize uploads?

No. Originals are stored exactly as uploaded and verified with a checksum. Previews are generated separately and never replace the original file.

Can I store RAW files and video?

Yes. RAW formats and video are stored as originals like anything else. Very large libraries are what the Archive plan and the optional $149 concierge migration exist for.

Is this a backup or an archive?

Treat it as one copy in a 3-2-1 strategy. The Archive plan adds an independent recovery copy on our side, but a serious archive should still include a local copy you control.

Try it on your own photos.

30 days and 10 GB free, no card. Import as much as you like and see how it feels before you decide.
